World Archery Judge Seminar 26 June -28 June 2015 Bangkok, Thailand

Scope: Select and train Continental Judges supported by their MAs and CAs for awarding the WA           accreditation.

Seminar will start on 26 Jun 2015 in the morning (arrival on the 25 Jun) and end on 28 June 2015 (in the early afternoon).
 
Lecturers and examination board: Morten B. Wilmann, (WA Judge Committee chairman) and Mr. Koo, Ja Chun (member of WA C&R Committee).

The Seminar will be conducted in English.

The accommodation rate is USD 115 per person per night for single occupancy including full-board and transfer from/to the airport and USD 95 per person per night for twin Occupancy.
 
Including airport pick up and other expenses.
 
No Participation fee will be charged to the participant.

Applications for the World Archery International Judge Candidate status:
The applicants must possess the requirements listed in art. 7.1 App. 4 (Book 1 (C&R). In particular they must be accredited as Continental Judges and have been accredited as National Judges for at least 3 years, must have an adequate knowledge of English and must have served at least once in a World Ranking Tournament (or a major tournament sanctioned by their Continental Association) with positive evaluation of the chairperson of the judge commission.
 
Application must be submitted to World Archery Office according to art. 7.2 App. 4 Book 1 (C&R): the application (signed by the applicant (the judge), his/her MA and his/her CA) must indicate the personal information of the applicant (name, gender, birth date, nationality), languages spoken, when appointed NJ and CJ, experience at WRT (or equivalent) level. The application has to be signed by your national and Continental federation otherwise you will not be able to pass the final exam in order to obtain the WA International Judge Candidate.
 
The participants passing the final examination will obtain the status of “World Archery International Judge Candidate”.
 
The participants must bring with them World Archery C&R Book and World Archery Judge Guide Book – both available from the World Archery webpage www.worldarchery.org – and a magnifying glass.
 
The seminar will be a combined seminar with Asian Archery Federation for possible accreditation as AAF Continental Judge status. Further information will be given by AAF.
