from the member association will be covered by WAA, and extra participants by
their own
expenses.

return the registration form no later than June 5, 2015 to WAA office.

participants received on closing date of submission 18 May, 2015.
As there are
more than 4 participants applied, Judging committee has decided all expenses
will be
shared
equally. Please confirm you agree on terms and conditions before 27 May, 2015.
If you fail to
do your name will not be submitted to WAA.
